Reinaldo Cuadra Folle is a founding partner of Cuadra & Vollmer.
Reinaldo advises companies in various areas of the economy in their contractual, corporate, and financing matters. He also provide services for real estate and construction companies regarding the financing, development and execution of their housing, commercial, and industrial projects. He also advises natural persons in their civil and contractual matters, and is a specialist in making legal reports, opinions and investigations in matters of civil law, real estate and urban law, contracts and commercial law.
He graduated from the Universidad de Chile School of Law, being granted a scholarship by said university to carry out undergraduate studies. He was also granted a scholarship to study a Masters in Private Law.
He serves as Professor of Civil Law at Universidad de Santiago de Chile since 2021, and Professor of postgraduate and diploma courses at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Business School since 2014.
Reinaldo also worked as a Professor of Civil Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law, Santiago, from 2009 to 2020; Professor of diploma courses at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law, Santiago, from 2014 to 2016; and Professor of diploma courses at Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in 2018.
Reinaldo is also author of diverse articles in civil law matters that have been included in books and publications in Chile and abroad.
Prior to founding Cuadra & Vollmer, he worked as associate attorney in the corporate group of Grasty Quintana Majlis & Cía. (2008-2013) and as associate attorney with the law firm Edwards, Larraín, Medina & Cía. (2003-2008).
