Reinaldo Cuadra

He graduated from the Universidad de Chile School of Law, being granted a scholarship by said university to carry out undergraduate studies.

He was also granted a scholarship to study a Masters in Private Law.

Reinaldo advises companies in various areas of the economy in their contractual, corporate, financing, real estate and construction matters. He also advises natural persons in their civil and contractual matters. He also provides advice on consumer and trademark law, and is a specialist in making legal reports, opinions and investigations in matters of civil law and commercial law.

It is also part of the list of arbitrators drawn up by the Santiago Court of Appeals as of 2021.

Prior to founding Cuadra Vollmer & Cía., he worked as associate attorney in the corporate group of Grasty Quintana Majlis & Cía. (2008-2013) and as associate attorney with the law firm Edwards, Larraín, Medina & Cía. (2003-2008).

He serves as Professor of Civil Law at Universidad de Santiago de Chile (since 2021), Professor of the Master's Degree in Marketing, Faculty of Economics, Universidad de Santiago de Chile (since 2022) and Professor of postgraduate and diploma courses at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Business School (since 2014).

Reinaldo also worked as a Professor of Civil Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law, Santiago (2009 to 2020); Professor of diploma courses at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez School of Law, Santiago (2014 to 2016); and Professor of diploma courses at Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2018).
