Professional Experience
His work focuses on providing legal advice in all types of corporate matters, particularly to foreign companies and entrepreneurs regarding their investments in Chile and the businesses they develop in the country. He is also part of the firm’s international department, assisting clients with all migration procedures before the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones, the Policía de Investigaciones, and the Servicio de Registro Civil e Identificación. His work includes advising on visa alternatives, preparing administrative appeals, and handling residence applications, naturalizations, and related matters.
Before joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía. (2025), Benjamín worked at the Servicio Nacional de Migraciones (2025) and at the Fundación Connected (2021–2024).
