Professional Experience
His practice focuses on providing legal counsel to companies regarding labor relations, regulatory compliance, and the prevention of contingencies, fines, and litigation. Additionally, he has participated and collaborated in numerous internal investigations and procedures related to complaints of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and violence in the workplace.
Furthermore, he assists clients in inspections and proceedings before the Labor Directorate (Dirección del Trabajo), and represents them in defense before labor courts.
Prior to joining Cuadra Vollmer & Cía. (2026), Gabriel worked as an associate attorney in the labor group at Círculo Defensa (2022–2025). He also served as a law clerk (procurador) at Defensa Empresarial (2021–2022) and within the labor litigation department at Estudio Jurídico DFLP (2017–2021).
