Leonardo Arata Moya is a tax consultant for the firm, focusing his work on advising companies and individuals in matters of tax and commercial nature related to the management of their businesses. He also advises in matters of family governments in order to regulate the transfer and management of corporate and family assets. Likewise, Leonardo assists clients in audits and procedures with the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) the General Treasury of the Republic (Tesorería General de la Republica), Municipalities, and in front of Tax and Customs Courts in general.

Before joining as a consultant (2018), he worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte (2016-2018), as a Senior Associate at Baraona Abogados (2011-2016), as a Supervising Attorney at KPMG (2010-2011), as an Associate Attorney at Bofill, Mir and Jana (2008-2010) and as a Senior lawyer at Deloitte (2005-2008). Since 2021, he has been working as legal advisor of the tax consulting firm Conpat.

Leonardo has worked as a postgraduate professor of the Deloitte Master at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and as an undergraduate professor of tax law at the same university.
